Many hawker sell Bar Chor Mee (Minced Pork Noodle) in Singapore. Although I'm seldom visit this Empress hawker centre, but due to another favorite stall closed today, so I decided to try this Bar-Chor-Mee stall that seem quite long queue since morning. 我不常到这小贩中心，原本是想光顾我较喜欢的面档，可惜它今天休息，所以决定尝鲜这家肉佐面。 Thare are always a reason why their quece never stop since morning. Yes. It was good in many parts, Good flavors, Good Ingredients. Good pricing. Purposely order Kway-Tiao due to its cooking difficulty, but chef managed to cook it so well, and very well seasoning. Ingredients is just nice and sufficient for a man like me. More importantly, chef only charging $3.50 per bowl. 滄海遺珠（不易發覺的美！便宜又好碗的好東西。配料非常豐富，麵條做得非常完美。店主態度非常好。
