[Reviewed by IG Blogger: ef.foodie.sg] Grilled unagi rice with a crackly crust 😋 Overall level: 5/5 ⭐ Hitsumabushi - Medium Size (SGD 35) Hitsumabushi is a Nagoya way of of eating unagi with 4 different approaches. First you eat it neat, secondly you have it with spring onions, wasabi, and seaweed, thirdly, you have it with their special broth and make it "paofan" or rice in soup, then you could mix it whichever way you like. Ambience? It is definitely a premium vibe and the seating is pretty spacious. The unagi: the fish was grilled to perfection with a gently crackly crust, and had a good charred taste to it, very delicious. Hitsumabushi是名古屋的一種吃鰻魚的方式，有4種不同的食法：第一是直接吃鰻魚飯，二是加入蔥、芥末、紫菜一起吃，三是配上他們特製的高湯，做成泡飯，然後你可以隨意混合。 環境？優質的氛圍，座位非常寬敞。 鰻魚？鰻魚烤到完美，外皮輕脆，帶有一點點焦的味道，非常可口。
