雖然要排隊，但麵類翻桌率還是比較快😂 正油拉麵湯頭濃郁好吃，雞塩拉麵清淡不油膩，再配個特製餃子👍🏻

【繁體中文/English】 無庸置疑地是我吃過最好吃的拉麵。這家拉麵店生意好的很誇張，位在附近都杳無人煙的上越市，假日11:00前抵達這家店卻已經大排長龍，等了100分鐘左右，大約12:40才入座。不過第一口吃下去就覺得等待是值得的，飛魚和豚骨熬的湯頭實在是太濃郁了，然後叉燒超級美味！大推，不過顧客幾乎沒有外國人(當時好像只有我們是外國人)，菜單只有日文。推薦限量的招牌拉麵～ Hands down the best ramen I've ever had. Located in the relatively rural Joetsu City, this ramen place is ridiculously popular. We got there at about 11:00 on a holiday and waited about 100 minutes to get a seat, and were finally seated at about 12:40. However, the ramen was amazing enough to be worth the long wait, as the flying fish/pork broth and the chashu were spectacular. Highly recommended, but as there are almost no foreign customers (we were the only ones there), there is no English menu available. I would recommend the limited special.
