The chef grills it in front of you with Bincho-tan, a specific type of charcoal traditional use in Japanese cooking. Food: Crispy on the outside. It feels like the oil and meat are melting in your mouth after a few bites. It's a perfect match with their sauce and rice. They do have an English menu. They understand English. 我是台灣人，第一次吃新鮮的烤鰻魚，雖然等了一下子才上菜，但是是很值得等待的，酥脆的口感，肉質細嫩，沒有過重的調味，可以細細品味鰻魚的味道，店內座位不多，有板前位也有小包廂，小朋友的餐具與座椅也很有質感與美觀。
