香港尖沙咀｜Imasa

環境舒服，服務殷勤！雖然食物款式不太多，但質素很好，新鮮可口。整體服務帶給客人體貼的感覺 ！值得推薦！

Kaiseki dinner at @peninsulahongkong Japanese restaurant, Imasa. This set dinner menu consists of many seafood dishes, which the ingredients are of high quality. Sashimi were all fresh and delicious (esp uni and botan ebi), so are the grilled Hokkaido surf clam and abalone tempura. The only dish that’s a bit disappointing is the rice. Flavour-wise is fine but lacks the sticky texture of Japanese rice. Staff had very good knowledge about the dishes and explained every dish well. Overall an enjoyable dining experience. - 呢晚去咗半島酒店嘅今佐日本料理，試吓餐廳推出嘅25週年懷石料理套餐。菜式以海鮮為主，材料質素非常高，唔少都係日本產。唔單止刺身，其他菜式都發揮到食材嘅原汁原味，例如松茸海鮮清湯、烤北寄貝同鮑魚天婦羅。炊飯就稍微失色，做唔到日本米粒粒分明又有咬口嘅效果。

懷石料理晚餐好好味，服務環境非常好👍
