自從西營盤開左地鐵，地區小店買少見少... 枝記麵家呢度充滿學生時代既回憶。牛腩牛筋墨丸，河粉幼麵粗麵全部都好好食，個湯底都係腩汁而唔會味精味。 呢個社區越來越多soho style既高檔西餐，希望佢地繼續屹立不倒！呢排停課，無老師無學生，佢地生意難免受影響。希望大家行過支持支持。 Local style noodle place. Been here for decades. I’ve been loving this place since secondary school years. They make their beef briskets and tendons very very well. The soup base is not overly salty (like a lot of noodle places) and does not taste like msg (like most noodle places). They still kept the same decor style from the older days, gives you a great feel of nostalgia. If you’re interested in what the old HK from 80s felt like, this could give you a hint! Since the opening of the MTR extension in SYP, these kinds of restaurants struggle to survive. A lot of them were replaced by high-end “soho” styled bars and restaurants.
