沒想到花蓮最好吃的扁食炒手在林田山外小吃店裡～炒手的辣椒油帶有發酵的酸味讓口味多了一點層次，炒手本身肉味十足又鮮甜，據老闆娘表示肉都是每日鮮送，當日賣完為止。 湯也令人驚艷，簡單的粉腸、干連湯，用了中藥清燉的湯頭處理，再加上不少枸杞，不像一般麵店的清湯比較無味，而是清香甘甜，干連湯喝起來簡直像清燉牛肉湯。 從花蓮市區到林田山並不遠，先吃飽再進林田山走走消化一下，理想的週末休閒～ Unexpectedly, Hualien’s best spicy oil wontons are in this snack bar~ The chili oil has a fermented sour taste, which makes the taste a little more layered. 在林田山文化園區入口處附近。物美價廉，食材份量多，又好吃。主食麵、切板、餛飩都很美味，小菜豆干、小黃瓜也美味。飲料洛神茶好喝。

東西好吃的程度超過預期， 一開始看到價錢比較高，想說是觀光點的價位； 沒想到東西上桌後，是物有所值，分量還不小。 陽春麵70元，有蛋，有肉，有青菜，油蔥湯頭也好喝。 小滷肉飯45元，有蛋/筍絲/酸菜。 餛飩湯70元，有10顆餛飩絕對吃得飽。
