休假的午後適合考察咖啡店，來到傳聞已久的咖啡名店Gabee ,先點一杯熱拿鐵試試看味道，完全符合我的期待，綿密的奶泡與精美的拉花，咖啡豆選用淺焙略帶花果香與明亮清爽風味，令人回味無窮，下次造訪必定要再嘗試一下特殊的創意咖啡。

GABEE. Coffee Shop currently has two branches, one in Shanghai and the other right here in Taipei. The Taipei branch is conveniently located on Minsheng East Road in the Songshan district, close to the bustling Zhongshan Junior High School MRT station, surrounded by numerous office buildings. Setting up a coffee shop near Zhongshan Junior High School MRT is a testament to the unique charm and deliciousness that this place offers! The interior design of GABEE. Coffee Shop primarily follows a simple black and white color scheme, providing a spacious and comfortable environment. What's even better is that there are no time restrictions for dining here, allowing you to fully enjoy your coffee and leisure time without rush – it's fantastic! GABEE. Coffee Shop is like a coffee museum, and I was truly amazed the first time I visited! They have a wide array of coffee equipment from all over the world and display photos and records of Mr. Lin Dongyuan, the owner and champion coffee master, participating in competitions and coffee-related events over the years. If you have an interest in coffee, visiting this place is an absolute must – you won't leave empty-handed! GABEE.咖啡店目前在上海和台北都有分店，這次我來到了台北店，位於松山區民生東路，毗鄰繁忙的中山國中捷運站，周圍有眾多的商辦大樓。中山國中捷運站這一帶可謂是咖啡的戰場，要在這裡開設咖啡店，必定得具備獨特的魅力和美味！ GABEE.咖啡店的店內設計以簡約的黑白色系為主，環境寬敞舒適，最棒的是他們不設用餐時間限制，你可以在這裡盡情享受咖啡和悠閒的時光，真的是太讚了！ GABEE.咖啡店實際上就像是一座咖啡博物館，我第一次來的時候真的感到驚嘆不已！這裡擁有來自世界各地的各種咖啡器具，還展示著老闆－冠軍咖啡大師林東源先生多年來參加比賽和咖啡相關活動的照片和紀錄。如果你對咖啡有興趣，絕對不能錯過這個地方，你一定會有所收穫！

台灣最棒的25家咖啡廳之14（台北）。 咖啡溶入調酒的風采，味道是多層次的咖啡風格（店裏有很多特別的咖啡），甜點也很有視覺效果，上面是提拉米蘇，下面是法國吐司，好好吃！
