捷安特大樓的旁邊， 建築外觀挺有設計感。 進來的時候一樓服務台人員親切， 一二樓是售票的腳踏車展示館， 有介紹、有互動的設施， 二樓有販賣紀念品的地方。 三樓有咖啡廳， 咖啡廳不需買門票可以入內， 空間感好， 挑高頗高， 放音樂、採光好， 環境乾淨舒服， 旁邊有化妝室，乾淨。 咖啡廳有咖啡、濾掛咖啡、熱壓吐司、濃湯、義大利麵、pizza、炸物， 餐具跟開水在旁邊自助區自取， 價位中等，味道ok。 現場座位有7個圓桌。
