新北市汐止區｜拎粥公砂鍋粥

認識拎粥公：Facebook 的地方社團內，老闆逗趣的言論，引起興趣前往粉絲頁，發現感覺是真材實料的好店。 Getting to know the store: Saw a post from the owner on a FB local group page. The owner's amusing talks triggered my interest in visiting the store fanpage, on which I've discovered that the store seem to provide decent but inexpensive food. 初訪：忘了，但點了甜的冰粥（詳見影片），一碗芒果，一碗芭樂。吃過後驚為天人，粥熬煮得很濃稠，且雖是甜品卻十分清爽，非常適合夏日炎熱的夜晚，胃口不太好的時候作為晚餐。 First visit: I forgot the date, and my first order was sweet porridge (please refer to the video). I ordered two porridegs, a mango & a guava. Got astonished by the treat, as the texture was gluey yet gummy, while the flavor was sweet but refreshing. Such a treat is the best for a summer night, on which when the appetite isn't too good, but needing dinner. 2023年9月14日給評論：之前都吃冰粥，今天第一次吃「都來一點粥」，即鹹品項。再次驚艷，因為不但同樣底粥濃稠，且香氣十足，可能是因為放在砂鍋內熬煮，有「鑊氣／鍋氣」之類？ 料多不在話下，六七個蛤蠣、三四隻蝦仁、還有些小卷（詳見另一支影片），同樣鮮美。吃到最底端仍有高湯的清甜香氣，非常喜歡。 Comment on Sep. 14th, 2023: This was the first time I tried the savory item, as I only had sweet ones before. I ordered "A Bit of Everything" (well I'd simply call it "Chef's Special" instead). Got amazed again, since not only was the porridge gummy & yummy, but also was it strongly aromatic. Probably becuase it was prepared in a casserole, resulting in Maillard reaction (the Qi of the pot, lol) ? Needless to say that the ingredients were rich. 6 or 7 clams, 3 or 4 prawns, and some squids (please refer to the other video). All fresh, too. The aroma of the broth remained till the last drop, which I adored greatly. 由於屬於夜市攤位，因此店內空間較為狹小，僅5個座位，不過牆上四處張貼的港片畫報，還有一些古早小玩意，讓店內充滿懷舊風格。加上老闆非常風趣幽默且健談，是一間會讓人非常樂意時常回訪的小店。 The store is located in Xizhi Night Market, making the instore space smaller, containing only 5 seats. Still, small posters of old Hong Kong movies on the wall, plus some retro gadgets, fill the store with nolstalgic ambience. Another attraction is the humorous & eloquent owner that could start a pleasant conversation anytime. Great food, excellent atmosphere, and a nice owner make this night market stand worthy of frequent visits, ansolutely.

住在桃園，來汐止住宿旅遊，不小心在谷歌上找到的，今天點的是都來一點粥，結果吃了第一口就不小心就直接愛上了這間店，因為真的太好吃了，除了整碗粥的料非常滿、加上海鮮很新鮮之外，最重要的靈魂是粥底，粥底的口味真的太鮮甜了、感覺吃到了海洋的鮮美，所有海鮮的精華都在粥裡，調味鹹度也都剛剛好，非常驚艷，是會想念的味道，老闆也非常熱情大方❤️‍🔥，所以各方面都滿分耶！！真的很難不喜歡這家店，以後一定還會特地從桃園過來，就為了吃這裡的粥👍

砂鍋粥，端上來絕對熱騰騰的，今天吃了虱目魚肚粥，清爽鮮甜 都來一點粥，加了堅果的調味有些特別， 份量與口味都拿捏的不錯，推薦大家來嚐嚐看 老闆也很開朗，店內還有不少懷舊的場景， 值得細細品嚐
