#安在台北 #安吃街頭美食 #安吃披薩 #迪化街 #大稻埕 披薩有張臉 Pizza Has a Face 📍台北市 大同區 Taipei City, Datong District - 閃亮指數：✨✨✨✨✨ 台北算是披薩店的一級戰區吧，從義式傳統披薩到美式紐約披薩以及一些新型的披薩，都有各自的擁護者。目前吃下來，我最喜歡的是大稻埕的披薩有張臉。一進門便會被他類似於酒吧的裝潢所吸引，復古霓虹燈以及幾幅底片照片掛在牆上，往內走還有一間以鐵皮搭成的包廂，可以做到8~10人，氣氛實在是經營得很好。更重要的事，他的披薩很好吃！雖然不是走窯烤或者是正統義式紅蝦評鑑路線，而且單價不算低，但他們不僅食材選用非常用心，餅皮也是非常軟Q有嚼勁，麵香十足。而且因為只做12吋的披薩，份量頗驚人，推薦兩人分食一個披薩並加點小食做搭配。r我跟男友為了他，特意早午餐吃少了點，這次點了兩個披薩，完完全全的心滿意足，等會兒一起介紹。 From traditional Italian style pizza to New York style pizza, pizza is probably one of the most competitive market in the food industry in Taipei and each brand has its own loyal fans. My personal fav so far, is Pizza Has a Face in Dadaocheng area. The retro, bar-like vibes of the store and most importantly, their pizza grab my heart in an instant. They have excellent choice of toppings and cheese, very high-quality and the pizza dough has great texture, a bit chewy and not dry at all. Since thy only make 12” pizza, I recommend to order one pizza and a side to share between two people. 🍕Triceratops 閃亮指數：✨✨✨✨ 選用了Mozzarella、Parmigiano-Reggiano 以及Provolone 三種起司搭配球芽甘藍、羽衣甘藍以及風乾臘腸，完整與平衡很高的一款披薩。三種起司的層次堆疊稍掩甘藍的苦味，臘腸的肉香點綴，濃郁且豐富。很推薦這款白披薩。 Using three kinds of cheese to cover the bitterness of the Brussel sprouts and kales, this pizza has great choice of ingredients and incredible layers of flavors. Love this pizza and recommend it totally. 🌮 Django 閃亮指數：✨✨✨ 披薩送來的時候，蠻驚訝的因為他切的方式是方格切法而非三角形的，自己猜是因為料以及醬汁很多，用手拿會比較困難，所以改成方格狀的。整體披薩味道較為厚重，屬於重口味型的，茴香肉球很香很有層次。香草的味道明顯，有些許提亮厚重感。自己本身還是比較喜歡三角龍的搭配，但披薩餅皮一樣好吃，偏好重口味的人可以嘗試。 The pizza was cut in square instead of triangle, which surprised me a little. My guess was that the abundant toppings and sauce makes it harder to eat it by hands so they cut it in square. A rather strong flavored pizza, a bit heavy. The dill sausages are flavorful, the herby flavor brighten up the pizza. 一直收藏著終於有機會來吃🍕 - 選了有莫札瑞拉起司/黑松露醬/洋菇/芝麻葉/帕瑪森起司的劍龍披薩 - 披薩是薄餅皮 咬下去吃得到麵粉香 且芝麻葉配松露 整個很清爽好吃! 原本怕白醬吃久了會膩 但完全不會 跟朋友一人一半也是吃完了😝 平常不太喝啤酒的我們也選到了很好喝的啤酒🍻 - 總之推推 下次想吃紅醬底的口味🤤 ·劍龍 NTD490 ·白花椰菜蘑菇醬擠擠烤 NTD270 ·德國艾英格小麥啤酒 NTD230 Food blog ig: takeabigbite_

非常好吃！！尤其是劍龍，平時沒有特別喜歡松露，這一次吃真的超驚豔，居然有那麼好吃的松露，跟披薩本體搭起來一百分搭❤️
