新北市板橋區｜呷上味小籠包

將近50年的老店，，在三民路二段的一家老店，從一開始的路邊小攤，一路走來，經歷了不少的變遷。最初只有小籠包+冰熱豆漿米漿，但是60元一籠的價格，卻吸引了大批的顧客，而且生意一直火爆到現在。 老麵+濕麵+發麵皮的小籠包，是台灣相對不多的美食，而這家老店的小籠包，更是深受大家的喜愛，讓我們這一代人，懷念起了童年的味道。 走過了近五十年的歲月，這家老店，從路邊小攤開始，慢慢移入店面，也已經超過三十年的時間。小籠包的口味，仍然保持著老店的風味，讓我們每一次品嚐，都能回味無窮。 For nearly 50 years, an old store on Section 2, Sanmin Road, has gone through many changes. It started as a roadside stall, offering only small buns and hot and cold soybean milk and rice milk for 60 yuan each. The business was so popular that it eventually moved into a store. The small buns made with old flour, wet flour and fermented flour skin are relatively rare in Taiwan, and the buns from this old store are particularly popular, bringing back the taste of childhood to this generation. After nearly 50 years, this old store has been in business for more than 30 years since it moved from a roadside stall. The taste of the small buns still retains the flavor of the old store, making every bite a memorable one.

小籠包是皮較厚傳統的那種 餡料十足 咬下去滿滿鮮香肉汁！ 搭上店家自製辣椒醬吃很爽 辣椒醬可以考慮販賣 回去炒菜或拌麵加上一匙應該不錯 - 老闆娘和小老闆都很親切健談風趣 老闆感覺是默默做事話比較少 一家人用愛包出來的🫶🏻

以前在附近工作時常吃的店家。不在附近以後就再也沒機會去了，久久一次造訪，驚訝的發現小籠包從7元漲到11元。味道還是和記憶中一樣美味，包得也很紮實。只是這個價格實在有點過高了。能理解店家做生意有成本考量，只是自己的錢包禁不起經常這樣吃也是事實。
