2023/09/10第一次的⭐隱園 🔸牛肉麵...麵 肉塊 湯頭~超有水準的👍🏻 🔸當歸鴨麵線...會讓我一直想再去的一道料理 🔸小卷麵線...食材跟湯頭鮮到不行 跟我熟識的都知道我吃不得味素 在外面幾乎不喝湯 今天三道湯麵,我全過關沒問題很🆗 也是第一次點三款湯麵 可以感受到老闆在湯頭上的用心 肉品海鮮及麵體.麵線....的選用 食客能安心幸福盡情享用 雖說是貨櫃屋改裝的用餐區 但也同樣能感受老闆 希望提供饕客一個雅致乾淨的環境 餐具也全是日式瓷碗,用餐時有被重視感😊 一家只營業假日的隱園 ...已收入潔西卡海線最愛的口袋名單

風景區竟然有好吃的牛肉麵！湯頭入味，牛肉軟嫩，酸菜切的好細....小朋友全部吃光光！用餐環境乾凈也有冷氣...很值得推薦！！

餐廳入口從正面冰店和咖啡店可進入，但真正的餐廳入口在貨櫃屋後方，室內冷氣很強熱天不用擔心；後面的停車場似乎不是餐廳停車場，停收收費約50元台幣左右； 餐廳內點了虱目魚肚麵線、鮮蝦雲吞麵、麻辣牛肉麵、挫冰等… 首先， 虱目魚肚麵線：虱目魚肚肉片料滿足，麵線也ok，湯頭味道我是喜歡的，但有點太鹹（建議調味控制一下） 鮮蝦雲吞麵：每個雲吞中都有一隻肉很札實的蝦子，用料也實在。 牛肉麵：牛肉有筯有肉，煮的柔軟很好咬👍，麵條很Q。 挫冰：共有四種料可組合，冰的部分則是古早味加黑糖水那種做法（喜好就見人見智），這邊要特別提一下芋圓大小切的和市面上大小略小，滿好入口的且放滿一整碗，用料的滿足感，我個人是開心的。 以上小心得用餐經驗分享！ The restaurant entrance is behind container house, it is not easy to find. You can also enter it from ice shop or coffee shop in front of it(the container house). The parking lot behind the container house is not the restaurant’s parking space, it charges 50 NTD per time. How about those meals: Milkfish belly noodles with soup: There are several pieces of milkfish belly make me feel satisfied, the noodles of it are thin type. I especially like the flavor of soup, but it is a little too salty for me, I hope it could be better. Chinese ravioli with shrimp noodles: Every Chinese ravioli contains a firm texture of shrimp meat. Spicy beef noodles: The beef of it is tender make you easy to eat, the noodles of it is a nice, chewy texture. Shaved ice: The shaved ice is prepared using a traditional method, and you have a choice of four different ingredients. I’d like to highlight the taro balls, which are sliced to a perfect size and generously cover the entire bowl. I particularly enjoy the taro balls because they make me feeling so satisfied.. P.S. There is no English menu for foreign travelers.
